These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between different language versions of any document on this site, the English version shall prevail. The platform primarily serves players located in Bangladesh and all monetary references use Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳) unless otherwise stated.

Governing Law

Language of Agreement

Section 2
Age Restriction & Eligibility
To be eligible to register and use the v8b platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individuals of your status.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
- You have not previously been excluded from v8b or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
- You are not a member of the v8b staff, management, or any company affiliated with v8b, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
v8b reserves the right to request age verification documents — including a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any point during your use of the platform. Where age verification is requested, your account may be restricted from placing bets or making withdrawals until satisfactory documentation has been provided and reviewed by our verification team.
Any winnings generated by a player who is subsequently confirmed to be under 18 years of age at the time of play will be voided and returned to the platform. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source where technically possible. v8b takes underage gambling seriously and has zero tolerance for any attempt to circumvent age verification controls.

Account Registration
To access the full range of v8b services — including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing funds — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on v8b. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where v8b identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided, and a review will be conducted to determine whether pending withdrawals should be processed or held.
Identity Verification (KYC)
v8b applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of its players. Verification may be requested at registration, before your first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any other time at v8b's discretion. Documents commonly requested include:
- A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name)
Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time following a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and, if verification is not completed within 30 days of the initial request, closure of the account and return of any uncontested real-money balance to the verified payment source.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your v8b username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. v8b will never contact you requesting your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be considered to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact v8b support immediately and change your password without delay.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on v8b — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). v8b supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time based on technical or operational factors.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your v8b account within one minute of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 4 hours during normal banking hours. v8b does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All funds deposited to v8b must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or using a payment method not registered to your own identity, is a violation of these Terms and may trigger a full account review, suspension of withdrawal rights, and reporting to relevant financial authorities where required by applicable law.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by v8b's cashier team the same business day for requests submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after 22:00 BST will be queued for processing the following business day. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
v8b reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Where a player has an active bonus with pending wagering requirements, withdrawal of the bonus balance and associated winnings is restricted until those requirements have been met in full. Real-money balances deposited without a bonus are not subject to wagering restrictions and may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and KYC compliance.
Refused or Reversed Transactions
v8b reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, v8b will notify the player and may request additional documentation before resuming normal transaction processing.

Bonuses & Promotions
v8b offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major Bangladesh sporting events and cultural occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with them.
Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be processed. The wagering requirement means that you must place bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in total wagers must be placed using eligible games before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Specific wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the offer terms.
- Bets placed on sports markets with odds below 1.50 may not count toward wagering requirements unless the offer terms state otherwise.
- Certain game categories — including some live casino tables and progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. The eligible game list is published with each offer.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit stated in the offer terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the time limit will be removed from your account automatically.
- v8b reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that existing players who have already claimed an offer will be permitted to complete the stated wagering requirements under the original terms.
Bonus Abuse
Any player found to be systematically exploiting promotional offers — through multi-accounting, coordinated play with other accounts, hedging bets across multiple accounts, or any other form of advantage play that circumvents the intended purpose of a promotion — will have all bonus balances and winnings derived from those bonuses voided. v8b reserves the right to close accounts involved in bonus abuse without prior warning.
Free Bets
Free bet credits awarded as part of a promotion are non-withdrawable and must be used within the time frame specified in the offer terms. Winnings generated from free bets are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant offer. Free bet credits cannot be combined with other free bet credits unless the specific offer terms explicitly permit this.

Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on v8b sports markets and all wagers placed on casino games are final once confirmed by the platform. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections — including stake amount, market selection, and bet type — before confirming any wager. v8b does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances described below.
Sports Betting
v8b offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, Test, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as available. Odds are updated in real time and the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. v8b is not responsible for any delay between odds changes and the display update on your device caused by network latency.
- In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or voided by the governing body, bets on that event will be settled according to v8b's standard void policy — typically with stakes returned to the player's account unless individual market rules specify otherwise.
- Where an obvious pricing error is identified in a market — including a computational error resulting in odds that do not reflect the genuine probability of an outcome — v8b reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and return stakes to affected players.
- Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Maximum payout thresholds are published in the betting rules section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.
Casino & Crash Games
All casino games on v8b — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games such as Aviator and Plinko — use certified random number generation and provably fair algorithms where applicable. Game-specific rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game. In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, v8b's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. v8b's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.
Minimum & Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market, game type, and player account level. Minimum sports bet: ৳50. Minimum casino wager: ৳10. Maximum stakes and maximum payout limits are detailed within each game or market. v8b reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits at its discretion, particularly in cases where unusual betting patterns are identified.
Section 7
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the v8b platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times. You are personally responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any bonus funds, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account on v8b, whether under the same name or a different identity.
- Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
- Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown software error will be voided.
- Colluding with other players in casino games, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in live poker or coordinating bet placement in live roulette.
- Charging back a deposit that has already been used to place wagers. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and legal action where appropriate.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any other person.
v8b monitors account activity continuously using automated and manual review processes. Accounts identified as engaging in any of the above prohibited conduct will be suspended without prior notice. Players whose accounts are suspended for prohibited conduct may submit a formal appeal through our support team within 14 days of suspension. v8b will review the appeal and issue a written decision within 10 business days.

Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
v8b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, suspected money laundering, abuse of promotional offers, or any conduct that v8b determines to be harmful to the platform or to other players.
Where an account is closed by v8b for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings generated through the breach of these Terms will be forfeited.
Player-Initiated Closure
You have the right to close your v8b account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Accounts closed at a player's request may be reopened upon application to support, subject to re-verification of identity. Players who have self-excluded under the Responsible Gaming programme cannot reopen their accounts during the self-exclusion period.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login or financial activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. v8b will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via the registered email address before applying dormant account administration. Where a dormant account balance falls below ৳200, v8b may apply a monthly dormancy fee of ৳50 until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Balances above ৳200 are preserved in full regardless of dormancy status.
